You have an option to submit a report anonymously. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use Masimo's third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. It is available 24/7 and can be accessed via weblink or by dialing your country's toll free number.

Compliance Declaration

To the best of our knowledge as of the date of this declaration and based on our good faith understanding of the statutory requirements applicable to medical device manufacturers, we have adopted a Comprehensive Compliance Program (CCP) consistent with the requirements of California Health and Safety Code §§ 119400-119402. Because Masimo is a medical device company and not a pharmaceutical company, Masimo has adopted policies and procedures for compliance that are consistent with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals, which is substantially similar to the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals referenced in the statute.

To the best of our knowledge, as of the date of this declaration, Masimo is in compliance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 119402 and the Company’s Compliance Program.
